The Lighthouse Law Cub is a center for advanced learning, education and advancement in both the personal and business realms. It's focus is the empowerment of its members with the tools of knowledge and access to contacts & opportunities so that we all may develop, preserve and enjoy the fruits of our labor to the maximum extent possible. Above all, we are about preserving; Life, Liberty and Prosperity as represented by the traditional American values of personal independence and self reliance. We do this for all people around the globe.
Through the resources provided by The Club, members will find a focus on the essential ingredients required for freedom to exist in an unfree world. We do this by properly positioning our personal and business assets and creating the proper relationships in the global arena.
We call our members ‘The Mastermind Group’ which consists of successful minded, informed and forward thinking individuals who seek to manage political, financial and economic risk to their best advantage. This involves asset holdings and management structures, entities to manage business finances and creating the proper relationships to enhance personal freedom wherever you are in the world.

Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is simple: God created Man to be free, prosperous, creative and productive. Everything we do in The Club points toward acheiving that status.
As world governments expand their reach and control over humanity, it is becoming increasingly difficult to acheive those standards of living with any level of privacy or prosperity.
History and current events show us that to keep all of your eggs in one basket and to roll the dice on that basket being the ‘best environment’ to develop your current and future interests, is a strategy for ill informed fools.
When corruption reaches the point that government represents little more than an ongoing criminal enterprise bent on eating out the substance of the most productive people, the good, hardworking, productive elements in society have no choice but to look outside their ‘fatherland’ to secure their best interests and future freedoms.

The union of states created the federal government and as the ‘creator’ of the federal government, the ‘created’ (feds) should be serving the states. Is that the case today? Something is seriously wrong here. Things are upside down and backwards and must be corrected. It’s up to the people to take action. Because of this 'upside down' situation, the people, their property, their liberty and their futures are at risk. Our mission is to mitigate that risk by using advanced concepts, tools and strategies in both the domestic and international arenas.
The jurisdiction of Federal law (U.S. Code and the Code of Federal Regulations) is pretty much limited to the ten square miles of Washington, D.C. the territories, forts, docks and arsenals or other lands ceded specifically by the states. So then why does it pretty much dominate the landscape wherever you go among the several states of the union? This is a critical issue that must be understood and dealt with strongly. The law itself cuts through the barbed wire and provides a broad berth for escape from the tricks and traps. The club provides the roadmap.
The Law Merchant 'Lex Mercantoria' is the key legal ‘operational software’ which is being used today against you, your business, your finance, your church, your travel, banking, home repairs, real estate, investments, everything! It is like fly paper. Once you touch it, you can’t get rid of it very easily. We flies get ‘lured’ onto the paper and we unknowingly become ‘merchants’ in whose world everything is regulated according to contract (written or 'presumed'). Such regulations have no allowance for individual rights or the constitution, other than what the contract, or the Law Merchant provides for. This is why it ‘seems’ like you don’t have any rights anymore. It’s because you don’t! You are living in the regulated ‘merchant’ world (sounds like a Disney movie).
People (the entire country) are completely missing this essential element. All, I repeat, 'ALL' efforts on national and statewide elections are a complete waste of time and money. It doesn't matter who 'the warden' is! You are still a prisoner and you don't understand 'the rules'! Maybe with hard work and a lot of fundraising you can elect a 'nice' warden who is sympathetic to your need for an extra 30 minutes free time in the courtyard, BUT YOU ARE STILL A PRISONER of the law merchant and you have no rights under the 'system' of law merchant, so quit demanding them!
Quit expecting the elected and unelected trustees of the corporate democracy in Washington, D.C. to follow the constitution for the united States of America! They are not involved in that organization! They work for the UNITED STATES. If you don't know the difference, you have some studying to do!

The Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.) is essentially the codification of the law merchant and it has universally been adopted by all the states except Louisiana. The U.C.C. and The Law Merchant are also applicable universally around the globe. How do you think business gets done otherwise? Understanding how the lawful money system has been replaced by debt and negotiable instruments is also critical. Some people call the U.C.C. ‘the bankers handbook’. You can essentially learn to be a banker by correctly using the U.C.C. and we have some amazing things to show you!
Surely you never imagined that reading the law would be ‘fun’! Well here, we have an absolute ‘Ball’ reading the Internal Revenue Code (I.R.C.). When you know what to look for and where to find it (amongst 40,000 pages of code and regulations) you will be ‘giddy’ when you see how the law is written. You will find the barn door wide open as the law exposes the fraud which is being imposed on unsuspecting Americans as they voluntarily give up their personal property under false pretences. We’ve already done most of the work for you. Just sit back, relax, read and enjoy!
